Tif is short for Christopher.

You were probably wondering — or maybe you weren’t. Anyway, it’s a childhood nickname that stuck, and now only my parents and people at the DMV call me Christopher.

For the last decade plus I’ve written and creative directed for ad agencies, tech companies, startups, and a design studio or two. Working on teams of all configurations, I’ve helped win pitches, launched products, led productions, dreamed up campaigns, developed brand and voice guidelines, and written more product copy than I’d openly admit to at a party.

For fun, I’ve reviewed movies with a best bud, learned to code decently enough to build <some stupid browser extensions> and made <a video and thank you cards> for my AIDS/LifeCycle team.

Nowadays I share a really cool co-working space with my wife and daughter in the Jersey suburbs. I’m at my best helping companies rediscover themselves and articulate what’s special about them in ways that are simple and memorable — with extra love for anything climate-related.
